What Were the Client’s Needs?

The HR and HSE Executives of an IOC were dissatisfied with traditional HSSE training and awareness sessions which were meant to engender a culture of safety. They engaged the Workforce Institute team to devise a more effective means to ‘train’ over 120 technical professionals operating their new Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO).

 

How Did We Meet Them?

We designed a series of team building events – using fun, but mentally stimulating, activities and games that simulated how the “Rules of Safety” apply in their real work environment – to ensure employees “act, think and feel” safety.

 

What Was The Impact?

The client has achieved one million man hours without Lost Time Incident (LTI).
