Webinar Overview

Businesses today seek to improve productivity, operational efficiency and competitiveness. While implementing the right culture and world-class people practices may be one way of achieving that, business leaders also often look to the right digital transformation projects to help improve processes and accomplish business goals.

As a forward-thinking professional, the role of Human Resources (HR) extends beyond traditional personnel management to becoming strategic partners in driving technological change. The best HR leaders drive business growth and maintain competitiveness by championing the success of organisational-wide digital transformation initiatives.

In this new reality, the HR department plays a crucial role in helping businesses succeed. By harnessing technology's full potential, they empower organizations to thrive amidst dynamic challenges and digital transformation.

How can you support your organisation in creating a digital-first environment as an HR professional? Are there key areas you need to champion to ensure the success of digital transformation? Are there specific tools, techniques and function-guides that you can immediately deploy to make your mark on ongoing projects?

Join us on the 31st August 2023 by 11am on our webinar titled "Digital Transformation: HR's Role in Driving Technological change." This 90-minute webinar is designed to equip HR professionals with the knowledge and tools to successfully lead their organisations through digital transformation.
