Our aim is to bridge the performance gap and create value for our clients as a result of the work we do with them.
Founded in 2004, our unique value is in the area of defining the paradigms and practices that result in a high-performance culture and thereby creating measurable value and tangible result for our clients. Winstitute utilises a comprehensive and yet flexible approach to building a portfolio of integrated skills that enable your most important workforces perform even better and improve business outcomes.
We draw our expertise from our experienced faculty, which include both subject matter experts and L&D specialists, many of whom have worked in L&D leadership roles in various industries. We therefore understand the challenges our clients face and are able to design practical learning and performance solutions that are effective both in terms of measurably improving competencies, and enhancing the overall ROI.
What makes Winstitute unique?
At Winstitute we adopt a collaborative approach to client engagement. We partner with our clients to co-create solutions that confront their realities and meet their needs. Our researched based approach to problem solving and solution engineering enable us to get to the root causes of ineffectiveness so we can focus interventions at effective resolution.
These processes are embedded in our 6Ds proprietary problem-solving framework which we tailor to meet our clients’ peculiar needs:
This is where we ask the 2 critical questions – what is going on here? What are you trying to achieve? By leveraging on our Effectiveness Audit Assessment Tools, we take a deep dive into clients’ issues to enable us come up with pearls of insights on the real issues undermining our clients’ effectiveness or performance.
We spend quality time analysing and categorising the root causes of issues militating against our clients’ desire for effectiveness/better performance to enable us put them in proper context. This increases the probability of successfully coming up with workable solutions to address our clients’ needs. This approach provides a link to problem solving, specifically to those two sets of conditions known as “the problem state” (What Is or what you have) and “the solved state” (What Should Be or what you want).
In this phase, we leverage on our understanding of the issues to design the appropriate solution that seeks to help our clients Achieve (What they want but don’t have), Preserve (What they do want and they already have), Avoid (What they don’t have that they don’t want) and Eliminate (What they have now that they don’t want). This kind of structured, organised thinking about the aims and effects of our decisions and actions is particularly helpful in large, complex organisations where, “Everything affects everything else.”
This phase involves the critical process of testing the solutions in a Pilot Programme to ensure that they are robust, adequate and suitable to address our clients’ challenges.
We understand that implementation and not ideas is the secret to success. We have a well-refined action planning and execution framework that we will deploy and monitor to ensure the desired aim of the project is achieved.
In the words of Harold Sydney Geneen – In business, words are words; explanations are explanations, promises are promises, but only performance/result is reality. We will provide on-going support to ensure we deliver measurable result and meaningful impact on your project. We will put in place measures for effective monitoring and evaluation.
