Nneka Eneli is a seasoned professional with over 21 years’ of career experience spanning Talent and people Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, H.R Consulting, H.R Due Diligence, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Business development, Client relationship management, Project management, not-for-profit management, public relations and corporate affairs. She is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering strategic partnerships. With extensive experience in optimizing business processes and maximizing efficiency, she specializes in spearheading transformative initiatives that deliver cost-effective solutions and global scalability in strategic staffing solutions for organisations. Her expertise lies in harnessing the power of collaborative networks and leveraging external resources to drive organisational success. She has worked in various sectors, some of which are Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Real Estate Management, Not-for-Profit and Professional Services. Nneka holds a B.Pharm. (Hons,) degree, an MBA and a master’s degree in Employment and Labour Studies from the University of Lagos where she graduated with a distinction.
