Graduate talent is one of the most sought-after and desired sets of employees by many organisations, for good reasons. They are young, ambitious, full of fresh ideas, technologically savvy, ready to learn and make an impact, and so on.
Every year, organisations go in search of these young talents who they believe will be the future leaders of their organisation, driving their aspirations and turning their expectations into realities. They ensure that they get the best of the best out there, as this also gives them an edge over their numerous competitors.
On the other hand, there are graduates who are making their first foray into the corporate world, having recently completed their mandatory NYSC programme. So naturally, they desire to be placed in the top organisations available in the country to achieve the career of their dreams.
However, the corporate world is quite different from what they were used to, therefore, they would need to undergo intensive training that would educate them about the demands of the corporate world and how they can successfully navigate their way through to success.
In essence, there are two sides to this.
- Organisations who are looking for the top graduate trainees to hire for their business,
- Graduate talents who are seeking opportunities to get into these organisations.
