Meet Our Speakers

Olasunkanmi is a solutions-focused executive with a comprehensive background in management consulting, executive team leadership, strategy development and business growth. He is an experienced education and learning professional with over 20 years of documented contributions in providing superior results.

As a trusted, long-term partner of top business executives in Nigeria and Africa, Olasunkanmi works closely with clients, offering expert, objective advice to help solve their most important and challenging problems. He has been actively involved in the development and implementation of end-to-end organisational development initiatives on behalf of several organisations.

Olasunkanmi is currently Director Workforce Learning at Workforce Group where he is responsible for defining long-term strategic goals, building and supporting key clients in planning and implementation of strategic business enabling interventions as well as translating talent development behaviours into high-impact learning design.

Aside several training programmes attended locally and internationally, he is a certified ETLS Leadership facilitator and has co-created various programmes in collaboration with leading global business schools. Olasunkanmi is an alumnus of University of Lagos, Warwick Business School, Cranfield School of Management and Lagos Business School.
Emmett is a Certified Civil Engineer and programme system Analyst. He has run companies that specialise in helping organisations utilise technology to develop their employees’ skills since 1986 (5 decades at this stage). He heads Intuition, which started in the Middle East in 2010. The company started with CBT (computer-based training using floppy disks, then Laser Disk Technology, Cdrom, CD-i (interactive touch screen from Philips) and now onto internet-based learning. Emmett believes that the only constant is the need to train people in what they need to learn, where they want to learn, when they want to learn and on which device they wish to learn. He has worked in Ireland, the UK, Italy, and Australia and exclusively within the GCC region for the last 13 years. Emmet loves sports, which has been integral to his life since he grew up in Australia. He has also represented his Province, Munster, in three different sports.
