Information Security Policy

Workforce Group was incorporated in 2004 and is a leading human capital and business support services organisation providing end-end integrated and results focused Business and Human Resource solutions to public and private sector clients across multiple industries in Nigeria.
As such, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and information assets are essential to maintain a better competitive edge, profitability, legal compliance, and commercial reputation.

1. About policy
Workforce Group’s top management is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information assets through the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and third parties, and covers all information assets, systems, and processes within the scope of the ISMS.

Workforce Group shall identify, assess, and manage information security risks and implement appropriate controls to protect against threats to information assets, including breaches of confidentiality, failures of integrity, and disruptions to availability.
The organisation is committed to the continual improvement of its Information Security Management System and shall comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements related to information security in its services and operations.

This policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing information security objectives.

All users and custodians of information assets owned by or entrusted to Workforce Group shall comply with this policy and exercise a duty of care in relation to the storage, processing, and transmission of information and information systems. Non-compliance with this policy may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures and may expose the organization to significant risk.
All information security incidents must be reported promptly through designated reporting channels, including the official incident reporting email (informationsecurity@workforcegroup.com), and managed in accordance with the organization’s incident management procedures.
