 Challenge

Our Client, who are still establishing themselves in Nigeria, needed to fill their Managing Director and  Executive Director (Technical) Positions.

In addition, they also needed this firm to be familiar with the recruitment terrain in the country and who they could also trust to effectively fill out these two roles for them.

We understood that the nature of these roles and their importance to the organisation. Therefore, we employed our well-laid-out process for this project. We conducted a diagnosis of the project, designed a recruitment plan and success profiles for the candidates, developed assessment and recruitment solutions, delivered – where we sourced, screened and selected suitable candidates, and drove, where we provided our results to the client.

Outcome

We were able to interview and produce 3 candidates for each role.

Through our recruitment process, we ensured that we didn’t just produce only one candidate for each role, but three qualified ones. Our Client was then able to choose the most suitable candidates for their organisation.
